Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Kiborise, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
Refunds will be offered within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

The product does not meet the specifications described on the product page.

The product is not of acceptable quality.

You are unable to download the product due to technical issues.
If you meet any of the above conditions, please complete our Online Refund Request Form or contact us directly at sales@kiborise.com.
When Refunds Cannot Be Processed
Refunds will not be offered in the following scenarios:

You changed your mind about the product.

You no longer want the product after downloading it.

The purchase was made by mistake.

The product did not meet your personal expectations.

You lack the expertise to use the product.

You request a refund as an act of goodwill.

You cannot access the product because it has been removed (please download products immediately after purchase to avoid this issue).
Refund Process

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will only be issued after submission of the Online Refund Request Form or by contacting us at sales@kiborise.com.

Kiborise does not charge any fees for processing refunds.

As our products are digital, no physical return address is required.
We reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and approve them based on their merits.
